Life My husband Bill's job in the nuclear industry has taken us to a number of states which has been a lot of fun. Traveling with us wherever we went were the appaloosa horses be began breeding and showing in the 70's. The fifth generation is standing in the barn now! oth public and school libraries and was involved in the Upward Bound program in New Jersey. Bill has worked in a number of different positions in the nuclear power field. Our son, John, is an ADA for Harris County, Texas which is where Houston is located. For drama, Bill became a nuclear power whistleblower when he raised safety issues at a TVA plant and I survived a nasty bout with cancer.
